Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Eucha, OK.
Sheryl was fantastic. There were property line issues that needed to be resolved. She worked with both us and the owner to work everything out and we were able to close in time before the interest rates went up. She kept everyone up-to-date on the status of the closing via text and phone calls throughout the process. I would use her again if the need arose and would definitly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
"Debi Holcomb was extremely helpful in finding just the right location for us in our recent purchase of a condominium on Grand Lake. In comparison to our experiences with other agents, Butler Real Estate is head and shoulders above the rest.
We recommend them for their knowledge, contacts and service".
"Debi we want to take this time to thank you for your assistance and undivided attention to selling our home. Your company is the most professional in Langley and caring for needs of sellers and buyers. We highly recommend your company with all its knowledge and ability to sell properties to any one looking to purchase or sell.
Thank you again Debi for your help."
Shine, Thanks for all your help in making our "dream home" a reality. You are truly a professional.
We recently purchased the "Lighthouse" lakefront house and property in Pine Tree Cove. Debi Holcomb was our broker. We worked with her for several months and viewed numerous properties on Grand Lake. Without a doubt, Debi is the hardest working professional real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is a great resource on who and what's happening around Grand Lake.
Debi answered all my call, texts and emails. I called her day and night and she always responded. Debi outperformed my expectations of real estate agent. Even though I yelled at her, she kept her cool.
We are pleased with the house and look forward to the summertime with my kids and grandbaby.
I will highly recommend Debi as a real estate agent/broker. I consider Debi as a friend and look forward to continuing the relationship.
It’s fall now at Dripping Springs. The leaves are changing and it almost looks like snow with the leaves falling from the trees after giving us a beautiful color show that you only find in the area living by the water.
It reminds me of 4th of July and New Years Eve fireworks show that we could see from our deck here at Dripping Springs. Winter came with a blanket of snow and 25 pelicans in February who stayed by our dock for a few days. This was our first spring living here full time at the Springs and the fishing was great, the wildlife incredible, seagulls, blue heron, always ducks and geese. Every where you see great night time sky events and sunrises that Mrs. Olson would trade her can of Foldgers coffee for. Summer was warm but always a breeze as we watched the parade of boats in the cove. Sail boats, Cabin Cruisers, Cigar, and outboards too. Some coming to fill up at our 2 full service marinas or just to tie up together and enjoy. Here you have the chance to see what is on the main lake with out the waves or noise. Being a no wake cove it is just a nice pace that allows us to use our paddle boat during the weekend parade of boats. Many weekend and holidays we get to experience the mooring parties down by the yacht club and feel the protection of the Lake Patrol keeping an eye on safety. We spend a lot of time waving back to the boats or just blending in with the tranquil surroundings of the Springs. Come by and give us a toot on the horn next time your in the cove.
